i picked up what i believe is an aircrew thermos flask from a salvage some months ago ,has any one got a spare cup/top for sale or even just a picture of one so i know what i`m looking for?.......pic no1
the second picture shows the wiper units for the B17 , the lower black unit is the motor , the top black item is the torque unit which should have two flexi drives (these drives are not rotary as the inner moves back and forth) they in turn attatch to the wiper blade actuator (the brassy looking unit which there should be two off).
Has any body got the two flexi drives and the flexi drive from the motor?
The last picture is of the hydraulic tank which sits behind the co-pilot on the cockpit bulkhead ,as you can see i need the filler cap and what i think is the dip stick?
Can any one help with these missing parts? :|
If any body needs any wiper blade actuators ,i have one or two spare plus early B17E ultra violet tubular instrument panel lamps........

The cover is a spun stainless steel affair.

Many of them are split from being screwed on too tight

The mission flask screw top mugs & liners are manufactured from copper & are chrome plated, over time the copper becomes brittle & fractures. I have a few lying around somewhere, interestingly the insulation in the twinwall of the flask is some kind of sawdust.
