Hello members I'm hoping a fellow emblem buff can help me here,I'm looking for the design and colors to the stateside emblem for the 495th Fighter Bomber Squadron, it depicts a cartoon bird with his wings raised,in his left wing he's holding a large bomb as if to throw it,in his feet/talons he holds a small bombin his left and a 50 cal MG in his right all on a round background, I have seen this in a small poor quality photo of a base sign that has the 48th Group along with all the other Sqds, would gretaly appreciate it if anyone could help on this one!!!!

Also looking for the "statside" design for the 612th Bomb Sqd,"Mangler" has a bear standing on cloud with bomb in raised arm,need good clear photo/colors.

Come on guys, doesn't any one of the history buffs there have anything on this emblem???????
You guys there in "Jolly ole England are more enthusiastic about this stuff , come on and give a fellow a hand with this , i want to get this one nailed down and would really appreciate your help or at least some leads..................................................

Here are the two I mentioned above found the one in color on my own, the other black and white image has a blurry image of the 495th Fighter Bomber Squadron "Bird" emblem I spoke of .....The 495th is in top right of the black and white image .
