I think it's Richards. He owns quite a collection of vehicles there now including a Jimmy, Jeep, Dodge Ambulance, Queen Mary Trailer, and I think a Fordson Fire turck.

It is a rare picture indeed and the gent in the picture 'apparantly' looks like a young Flak 88 so a little birdie told me :lol:
